Axe is the continental name for Lnyx, and it looks like this ad for Axe comes from Belgium. Apart from beer, it seemed like nothing good would ever come out of Belgium, so this ad is a pretty astonishing find. Charles de Gaulles is reputed to have once said “The English invented Belgium just to annoy the French”. I don’t really understand what it means, but it sounds about right.
