4th July Yank Rant
It’s Independence Day across the pond, and to celebrate this some superannuated old fart has made a sorry little film of his anti-British rant, conveniently forgetting that if it wasn’t for us he would not exist and whoever was in his place would be speaking French or, worse, German and that revealing the massive chip he has on his shoulder about not being as good as the British just makes us piss ourselves laughing.
Of course the whole thing is ironic but since, apart from a handful of liberal aesthetes in New York and Matt and Trey, the Yanks don’t understand irony (or books) they will all take it seriously.

Your right, guys a puss-nut, however; the Irish and Scots brought english to our country as well. Hell, everyone that came here was leaving Europe to get away from that morass of invasive laws, taxation etc. (considering the state of affairs in this country now, that is truly ironic). This country is so socially repressed, over regulated and redundantly taxed I am amazed we function. And were it not for Americans, you’d be polishing Nazi boots. Also Americans can read, too bad the only novel most have held is Harry Potter. But I’m getting off point. We both have our “issues”, but we have much more positive than not in common. Grandpa is a dip-shit because right now we need to stand together as Islam demands nothing less than a one world religious state “Ansar Al Islam” (And England is in arguably greater peril than the U.S. ). Grandpa chose England as a rant because he does not have the knowledge or courage to address our true enemies. Oh, BTW the spanish had a greater colonial foot hold on this continent than the English, French and Germans combined, as illustrated by our country being flooded by hispanics. Anglo-Saxon is soon to be a minority, and 99% of every product in this country is labeled in English and Spanish. Each day, the English language, English culture, and our combined history is diminished, vilified and even destroyed by those that feel there is no worse evil than a white man. Oh, and most of that is fostered and supported by liberals, political correctness advocates and the A.C.L.U. Much like the American Revolution, I just want other peoples’ ideals and laws out of my life, language, pockets, religion and bedroom. To conclude, fuck that geriatric fart, and screw any idiot or country that would weaken the english speaking culture we share. Allah U’ suck my nuts.

That old man was hilarious, but at the same time it is sad to see that truly pathetic side of America. Which brings me to what I must consider a mildly important statement.
Mr. Diebolt(and your fellow Americans),
It would seem, much to my dismay, that Winston is absolutely correct. Americans don’t get irony. They are either too stupid, or too serious. Perhaps, Mr. Diebolt, you are both. Let me make this more obvious to you by pointing out the following: The video was in fact a joke. You thought it was serious. You thought Winston’s first paragraph was serious. You did not understand Winston’s second paragraph. Winston knew both; that it was a joke, and that you would not get the joke.
You have managed to almost perfectly characterize the “ignorant American” by your blatant display of racism, arrogant misconception of history, and your religiously biased bigotry, not to mention your disregard of spelling and grammar.
Please try to bring yourself up to a higher standard than what you have shown here today.
In order for you to do so, I’ve thought up a few good hints.
Don’t just study history, really try to comprehend it as well.
Don’t generalize people by an ethnic background, or sex, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other label attached to them which is irrelevant to their ability to contribute to human society.
Try to be more mind full of your voice, and the way in which you present it. If you think that what you have to say is important, take care in making your statement presentable so that others can look at you as more than just a bad joke.
After all, you are representing your country here, on the net, to an entire world.
I hope that you will all take *yourselves* a little more seriously, instead of the television/newspaper/video blog.
