They’ll be a time when the Singularity eventually hits and machines are able to rewrite their codes, better themselves, and eventually do away with us all together. Artificial intelligence theorist Eliezer S. Yudkowsky devised an experiment to test whether machines could reach such intelligence: keep the AI in a box and the only way it could get out is by convincing a human guardian to release it. This film has something to do with all that.
