First off, one can easily assume the shooter was black for obvious reasons:
1.) shooters usually target different races other than their own

3.) It’s typical of black heritage to wear colorful attire(purple suit, cane etc..) it’s apart of their heritage since tribes differentiate by colors.

Yes black people have more melanin, but if there isn’t enough sunlight then they suffer from vitamin D deficiency which is associated to a whole handful of diseases from Cancer to multiple sclerosis.
