Trevor (Tim Roth) is a violent, drugged up neo-Nazi, a mirror of the young British working class of the time, without direction and perspective. It’s another classic from director Alan Clarke who specialized in portraying youth with adjustment problems in society, just like his borstal set Scum. Tim Roth is in an early career role, impressing with an explosive performance as the tense and troubled Trevor.
