Documentary ‘Untold Story of the Iraq War’ Reveals US Role in Iraq Conflict
In this documentary by British newspaper The Guardian and the BBC, the role of Col. James Steele is explored and his support of torture, death squads and brutal sectarian violence during the height of the Iraq War. Even though these methods have been denied officially, Steele’s reports went directly to Rumsfeld and Cheney.
It’s a story that starts with the US-backed death squads in 1980s Central America and leads all the way to imprisoned army whistleblower Bradley Manning.
