World champion sumo wrestler Byamba consumes around 10,000 calories a day and this fascinating documentary shows how he does it. Mostly the calories come from a Japanese stew called chankonabe, which is eaten by sumo wrestlers to get them to the heavy weights they need to be.
The stew consists of fish broth, meat, tofu, eggs and vegetables. And although 360-pound Byamba eats very huge portions, nutrition is a very important part of his diet.
