You’ve no doubt seen those Swegway Hoverboards on the streets, they’ve become a pretty regular site as their popularity has increased as people realise we’re not going to get actual hoverboards just yet, so these will have to do. Well, you’re not really supposed to ride them on public rights of way, but do the police care?
