Compilation of People Totally High Appearing on the News
You’d think that if you were high, the last place you would want to appear is on the news, but maybe these people were so high they just didn’t care. They are no doubt having a lot of fun too, and watching them goof about or just act really stoned is about as much fun as actually smoking some weed.
Some of the people are high intentionally, but the best ones are the reporters who get high by accident due to proximity.
