We’ve been living through a golden age of television shows which have captured the public’s imagination and changed the face of TV drama. They’ve been endlessly discussed and dissected but video essayist Celia Gómez does it all in a very succinct way by comparing the “first and final frames” of popular shows.

Some frames are very much linked, the close-ups of Don Draper’s head in Mad Men, the mirror shots of Twin Peaks, and the opening and closing eyes of Lost. Be warned though if you yet to see a lot of popular TV shows, there’s spoilers aplenty here.
