Humans are curious creatures, tell us not to do or watch or read something, and we’ll want to do the exact opposite. ASAP Science look at the science behind why we do this. It’s similar to why we click on clickbait, which is essentially because when we click on a question-posing headline that baits us, we get fulfilment when we learn the answer and dopamine is released.
