YouTuber Mario Wienerroither has been taking famous music videos throughout pop culture history and taking out the music for quite some time. In place of the well-known songs he puts his own sound effects, usually quite awkward and stilted like feet shuffling, some murmuring and coughing. That kind of thing, and it’s pretty much always hilarious.

Here he takes on the The Beatles’ ‘You’ve Got to Hide Your Love Away’ music video from 1965 and it’s pretty much perfect.

In South Korea there’s a whole subculture devoted to “food porn” where men pay to watch women eat food. That is, of course, weird enough already, but to make things extra weird is Showry, the YouTube star who satirises food porn by filming herself writhing around in ketchup and all kinds off edible goods.

Here she is doing a kind of performance piece which amounts to jumping around and acting bizarre to wish everyone a happy new 2016. Never stop Showry, never stop.

From kung-fu sounds and weird screams, it’s a much better soundtrack than Sia’s music could ever be.

Having to listen to a whole Taylor Swift song or Katy Perry track can be a bit of a chore, but when it’s part of a mashup of other songs from the year it can be a whole lot more bearable and easier to digest. File this one under “Totally Random” as Kiesza’s hit song ‘Hideaway’ gets covered by a couple of Russian comedians called Bonya and Kuzmich. But while it may seem random it’s actually shot in one take, this pair never put a foot wrong in their carefully choreographed routine – which even features chickens and a sexy tractor ride!

Shot in a secluded part of the Russian countryside, we’re not sure if it’s Bonya’s crawling on all fours or Kuzmich’s pins that are the most distracting part of the video…

If you’re having a bad day or you’re having a good day or a meh day or whatever the hell kind of day you’re having you just need to watch this video and it’s going to improve it: An old guy takes to the dance floor with his walking sticks and starts busting some moves—but then the music takes him higher and before he knows it, the rhythm has control.

Down go the sticks and it’s time to throw them hands in the air like he just don’t care—or until he comes over a bit funny and has to have a sit down.
