The roads of Hanoi are bustling with traffic, mostly scooters as riders make their way around the maze-like streets—but the person in this video is driving around them in a way that could only be described as insane. Recording their death-defying trip on a headcam the POV vid shows them zooming in and out of traffic like a crazed person.

It’s unnerving to watch and if you ever find yourself driving around Hanoi, make sure you drive nothing like this maniac.

Mousetraps are a classic of visual comedy, but as cliched as they no doubt are, you’ve never seen them in a situation like this before. One half of the Slow Mo Guys, in the name of entertainment, bravely jumps onto a trampoline consisting of 1,000 mousetraps. They filmed the whole thing in 4K at 1000fps so we can all see the result in lovely slow motion.

They spent four hours setting up the mouse traps and then four seconds setting them all off.

A good way to tell if you’re too old is whether you watch this and think “Hey! That looks like fun!” or whether you watch this and think “OMG, why would anyone want to do this?”—personally I have to go with the latter, because why anyone would want to be spun around at these speeds is beyond me, teenager or not.

So have a watch and wince your way through the compilation, thanking the Lord you no longer have to be peer-pressured into doing stuff like this.

A motorcycle rider somehow managed to survive falling down a cliff after losing control of his vehicle. In this heart-stopping footage captured on another guy’s headcam the rider can be seen skidding off the road after missing a turn, and veering onto a bank at the side of the road. Which in turn causes him to miss a preventative barrier, topple over the side, and down a steep incline.

MIraculously he manages to survive the insane motorcycle accident, coming away with only a broken arm and some bruising.

Aziz Ansari, last week’s host on Saturday Night Live, delivered a heartfelt and hilarious opening monologue about how different groups of people are reacting to Donald Trump as president. In it he spoke about Islamophobia, ‘casual white supremacy’ and the “new, lower case KKK movement.”

He also encouraged the new president to ‘write a speech’ denouncing racism rather than tweeting about SNL.

If you’ve ever seen Australian rules football (AFL) then you’ll know it can be a tough game, it has the rough and tumble of American football but without any of the body protection. So you need to be a tough cookie to survive playing it. While on the other hand you have soccer, which isn’t such a tough game, but sometimes the players act like it is.

Alexandr Magala is a a street performer from Moldova and in this video he shows off his sword-swallowing abilities, and will probably make you wince a fair few times too. Magala was performing on Simon Cowell’s show Britain’s Got Talent and decided on this death-defying act which had the judges hiding behind their hands.

And you can see why, because if you get the slightest action wrong you’re going to come away with a serious injury.

If you ever wondered what it might be like to take on a giant wave with your surfboard and come out the loosing end, but still survive, then this first-person video should give you some indication. It was filmed by Taz Knight, a British pro surfer, who got totally owned by a wave at Puerto Escondido.

He deals with it like a total pro, taking deep breaths and not panicking, but it’s still scary as hell.

Pong gets some added thrills with this customised version of the arcade classic, as your opponent will suffer in pain if they lose. The device works by having players keeping their left-hand pressed down on two buttons while they play with their right hand. If their hand comes off the buttons they lose the games. But if the ball goes through and a right side icon is hit, their hand is whipped, shocked, or burned.

It’s not just a light shock either, play it long enough and you could end up with a nasty burn or cut. For hardcore gamers only.

Often you see those prank comedians doing their near-the-knuckle videos and you wonder why people are so tolerant—well here’s the other side that usually gets edited out, the side where the people being pranked don’t take too kindly and it ends in violence—mostly a punch to the face.

Whether they actually deserve it, perhaps not, but if you go messing with the wrong people in a big city, it’s not going to end well.
