Although this video is the aftermath, the cold light of day, you can tell these people have had a great time and are obviously still very, very high. Just check out those eyeballs. It might be shot under a grey, rainy sky but you can’t defeat the spirit of these 90s ravers as they emerge from the fun times of a party on New Years Eve.
Emerging still full of good spirits and still happy to dance along even though there’s no music playing. Fabulous.
