Claymation Music Video is a Perfect Homage to the 80s and VHS
Not only is this a nod to the 80s in the music, which is by Gunship and is titled “Tech Noir” but it also features a protagonist who can morph into various pop culture icons from that era, by inserting a VHS tape into his chest. Which sees him become Robocop, Rocky, He-man, Jason from Friday the 13th, and many more.
The morphing is all done in Claymation by Lee Hardcastle and the opening narration is done by John Carpenter just to add to the 80s awesomeness.
