‘Elder Wars’—Two Grandpas Battle to the Death in This Short Film
When we get old we’re supposed to mellow, lose our anger and aggression and be a bit more easy-going about things. Not so these two grandpas in Andrew McMurray’s latest short film Elder Wars, which sees two elderly guys have a falling out about a game of chess, and then fight to the death with all kinds of deadly weapons.
From canes that turn into machine guns and scoped weapons to knitting needles that shoot out plasma balls, it’s intense.
