It’s that time of year when kids of all ages go back to school. After a summer of hanging out at home and ensuring their parents got entirely fed up with them, it’s with a sigh of relief from both that the new academic years begins anew.

And what better way to celebrate it than watching some back to school fails because, well, because it beats doing homework.

When you fire up your computer or check your feeds on your phone, chances are there’s a story about Kanye West’s latest antics. If he’s not interrupting Beck at the Grammys, he’s making outrageous claims about being greater than Picasso or talking about how the president calls his landline.

Both those last ones were made at a recent talk he gave at Oxford University, where he talked about lots of other weird stuff in a rambling speech. It’s just too hard to keep up with what he’s been doing, because he’s seems to be omnipresent, always making some insane statement or doing something provocative, like marrying a Kardashian.

Just like Buddy the dog, the good thing about him is that he’s the sort of pet you could get if your skills at looking after animals aren’t up to scratch. Like, you forget to feed them for instance. The bad thing about Buddy is that he’ll not give you the companionship that most people seek from a pet, that sense of interaction. You know, the fact that they’re actually the real thing!
