You probably don’t need it put into perspective how annoying Facebook’s constant updating of their privacy settings and template changes are. Suddenly everyone and their mothers can now see your updates and your activities–and companies can see them too so they can effectively market you, while all your favourite bits are reduced in size and repositioned. But if Facebook did exist in some kind of augmented reality world, this is how aggravating it would be. Grrrrrr!
Although the title says Lego Casino Royale, that is a bit misleading. Because it’s not the entire film put in Lego, instead it’s the black and white opening scene where Bond has a confrontation in the men’s toilets, but it’s all here, every frame painstakingly recreated for all the Lego enthusiasts and nerdlings out there. And it’s epic.

The new Star Trek film has now been finally relesed and so now is a good time to look back at the Star Trek reboot’s first film and mock the shit out of it, picking apart the film and the plot holes all for our amusement. And lens flares, lots and lots of lens flares. Calling it the JJ Abrams Star Wars demo reel is a particular highlight.
Commander Chris Hadfield is due to depart the International Space Station today and as a final goodbye he recorded this apt (albeit a slightly revised version) cover of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity”, recorded on the ISS with Hadfield playing acoustic guitar. For the guy who rekindled the public’s interest in space travel via his tweets and images from space, it’s a fitting end.
This is sci-fi done at its best, with CGI used to enhance the story rather than just to look pretty and a narrative that’s both brilliant and terrifying. Meet ABE, he’s a robot with issues. And ABE is a fab character and it follows him after some bad programming gives him too much emotion which leads to some drastic consequences. But because he’s such a strong character you grow to feel for the little guy.
There’s so much fail in this video that it actually becomes a win, from people being idiots and injuring themselves to cats thinking they can jump through the looking glass. If you’re having a bad Friday or you just need cheering up or even if you’re the happiest person ever, you should watch this video.
If you though Breaking Bad couldn’t get any cooler, then you were wrong, as Lego Breaking Bad is levels of epic that might well break the internets. It’s not a real video game, but imagines what a Lego Breaking Bad video game might actually look like. And lets be honest here, if they made a game like this everyone would buy it.
Inline skaters Pierre Lelievre and Finocchiaro travel to India and take to the streets of Delhi, Agra and a few other places to catch some sights, ride a motorcycle and rollerblade their way around the subcontinent, drawing intrigued crowds, applause and soaking up the Indian culture along the way – a beautiful ride, full of color and amazing landscapes. It’s a hard life.
