Honest Action – Die Hard 2-5
No one can doubt that John McClane is tough, taking down terrorists is practically his day job, but even though he fights his way through explosions and bad guys in every Die Hard movie he still manages to come away with little more than a dirty vest. He should be grateful the laws of science don’t apply to Hollywood, because otherwise the movies would need to be set inside a hospital.
I wonder, what would a real doctor make of all this? The Screen Junkies guys decided to find out, and after discovering that in the first movie alone he’d need about four lives to survive it, they now take a look at movies 2 through 5 to see what kind of life-threatening injuries he’d sustain.
And yeah, this wouldn’t be complete without having a look at how McClane made it through the original Die Hard.
