
Sooo, they’re making another Judge Dredd movie, but this time without Sly Stallone. And just that one little bit of non-casting should make for an entirely better movie, but from the trailer it’s looking all dark and moody and devoid of humour. The forthcoming Alex Garland-scripted reboot, for which this debut trailer has arrived, sees Karl Urban as the titular lawman with Vantage Point’s Pete Travis in the director’s chair. Let’s hope it’s like the Batman/Dredd crossover Judgement on Gotham.
