It’s the 5th in a series of slightly disturbing videos in which a guy (Surveillance Camera Man) goes round with a camera filming people who don’t want to be filmed, and they’re not shy about telling him either. But he doesn’t care, he carries on regardless while they hurl abuse at him stoically continuing to record, winding them up more and more. He even manages to go behind a McDonald’s counter. In a CCTV surveillance world gone mad it perfectly showcases America’s culture of fear at ground level.
