Envoy—Sci-fi Short About a Young Boy and a Deadly Alien
David Weinstein’s 9 minute short film is a bit of a love-letter to the classic action-adventure and sci-fi movies that were released in the 1980s and 1990s, and if you were a fan of those movies then there’s plenty of references and influences to spot and keep and eye out for.
Spielberg’s ET springs to mind as the film centers around a young boy and his friendship with a deadly alien that leads to a secretive government operation.
