Featuring customisable line-up, interactive map, festival news and information as it happens, it’s like a festival guru in your pocket. You’ll wonder how you ever got by without it.
These guys just had to do another video, if for nothing else than the video title alone. So here it is, something we’ve all no doubt been waiting for, the sequel to Jedi A-Holes. Where a bunch of Force controlling douche-holes abuse their abilities and use the mystical power of the Jedis to be totally jerk-bags.
This will be the first thing you will think when you watch the new trailer for MW3. ‘Set gaming levels to ludicrous and let’s blow some shit up.’ That seems to be the reasoning behind the Modern Warfare franchise. If it exists, then for Christ’s sake it can be blown into tiny particles by artillery, machine guns, bombs, whatever the hell it is it doesn’t matter, as long as it’s some fuck yeah fire power. More American than America. Fuck yeah.
Wow, this has got an awful lot of awesome in it. It’s got a hot brunette in a bath tub eating ice-cream, in a suggestive manner. It has karate, it has cats, it’s got psychedelic effects, it’s got TVs on stage, it’s got crazy camera work, it’s got paint fights, it’s got too much. And it’s got some rocking tuneage to boot. A new bench mark in awesome has been set.
It’s things like this that make the rest of us look like pathetic a-holes when it comes to romance. As great as this video is, it should be buried in an unmarked spot in the Sahara desert, all copies of it erased from the internet, and no one should ever talk of it again. That way we can carry on being pathetic a-holes whose idea of romance is a co-op in CoD.
This kid has basically made this video to goad the haters, a rallying cry for them to come out of their darkened basements, squinting into the sunlight, to spit abuse. But hating on this embryo in a cap would just be too easy, far better to laugh along with it. In a few years he’ll look back at himself and the hate will burn him up. Thank you for setting white people in the rap game back another two decades.
In the 1970s, if there’s one thing they loved, it was violence. The world was discontent, which was bad news for society but good news for the movies. Because one of the most fertile periods in film history was born and it gave us Scarface, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now and a whole bunch of other awesome movies which are collated here for our viewing pleasure.
Billing itself as a quick tale of violence is going to peak a few interests, and this short film delivers big on the entertainment front. It’s like Bugs Bunny, Roadrunner & Mad Max all rolled up into a big fat one. So sit back, get yourself some popcorn and then… Ah, it’s all over already. Nevermind you can rewind it and watch it again. And again. And again. But not again.
Well this game looks totally insane. A man sits atop a pole while a bunch of other men brawl below him, then that man gets pulled from atop the pole, another man attempts to climb to the top and the pole is pulled to the ground. Makes very little sense and looks like lots of people could get seriously hurt — sounds like the perfect sport.
The lyrics to this slamming track are incredible, so profound, so full of the truth of the ages. It’s a shame they don’t post them in full so you can find out exactly what it is they’re saying. Because you’re going to want to remember these lyrics and sing them to strangers on the street. Be afraid.
